🕐 Return Period:
You may return unused and unopened items within 7 days of receiving your order.

📦 Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging

• Skincare and fragrance items must be unopened due to hygiene and safety reasons

• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt)

🚚 Return Shipping:

• For returns due to personal preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

• If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping

💸 Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
